Mental Health and Well-Being
Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community. It has intrinsic and instrumental value and is integral to our well-being (World Health Organization, 2024). This webpage includes a variety of resources in the area of mental health and well-being. Please reach out with any suggestions and/or questions to Dr. Stacy Gahan at stacy.gahan@huhs.org or (262) 670-3200 ext. 4100.
