- Promote student motivation and engagement
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments
- Individualize instruction and interventions
- Manage student and classroom behavior
- Monitor student progress
- Collect and interpret student and classroom data
- Improve students communication and social skill
- Assess student emotional and behavioral needs
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Promote problem solving, anger management and conflict resolution
- Reinforce positive coping skills and resilience
- Promote positive peer relationships and social problem solving
- Make referrals to and help coordinate community services provided in schools
Mrs. Jasmine Flack

Mrs. Jasmine Flack joined the HUHS Student Services team in 2023. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and her Education Specialist degree (Ed.S) in School Psychology from the University of Florida. Mrs. Flack has experience in the areas of both School Psychology and School Social Work.

Mr. Matt Molini

Mr. Matt Molini joined the HUHS Student Services team in 2022. He earned his Education Specialist degree in School Psychology at UW-La Crosse and his bachelor's degree in Psychology at Miami University (Oxford, OH). Mr. Molini comes to HUHS with 7 years of experience as a school psychologist, all in the Hartford area schools.
