Alternative Education Program Plan
The mission of the Alternative Education Program Plan in the Hartford Union High School District is to provide a smaller educational experience, outside traditional academic programming, that integrates learning and meaningful work for students to successfully meet district graduation requirements and earn a high school diploma. By supporting the student’s individual learning needs and preparing them with a post-high school plan, the district empowers students with the ability to graduate from high school and contribute to the community at large.
