Lady Orioles Alumni
Hello Lady Orioles & Coaches,
I hope this email finds all of you doing well and ready for the holidays. I apologize for the delay on trying to reach out to you this year again. This year has been just flying by! I can't believe it's almost Christmas!
Please mark your calendars for the upcoming alumni events:
Friday, December 18th - Alumni Night 5:45/7:15 p.m. vs. Oconomowoc - you will have free admission to the games and be recognized during the game.
Saturday, December 19th – Alumni Game @ 10:00 a.m. at HUHS (fieldhouse) - "Alumni vs. Alumni"
The Alumni Night and Game will be held on Friday/Saturday the week before Christmas and New Year's this year, so hopefully all of you can come out and enjoy the festivities. This year I am planning on honoring "Coach Tal", for his time and dedication he has given to the Lady Orioles' program throughout the years. This is something that has been long overdue! This will take place during half time of theAlumni Night game. I know it would mean a great deal to him to have as many alumni in attendance as we can. Coach Lisa Fischer is hoping to also fly back from Arizona for this special event. So for people that weren't able to make Coach Lisa Fischer's going away party, this would be a great opportunity to see her! After the game, I would like to get a picture of all alumni in attendance, so please stick around until after the game. Also, if you are of age, I would like to have a little get together at the Bank Shot that night also. It would be a great time to reminisce the past with all of you! I am anticipating a big turn-out because of how the date works out on a Friday night!
Could you please let me know if you are able to make any and/or all of the activities I listed above, so I can get a rough idea what to expect for the Alumni Night (Friday night) and Alumni Game (Saturday morning) events.
We want to get as many Lady Orioles back to HUHS as we can. I have attached an all-time varsity roster (see attachment), please check it out and email me any updated information. Also, pass it along to any of your teammates you may still see and have them do the same.
We hope to see all of you, Lady Orioles, and coaches back in Hartford. Make sure you wear some kind of Hartford gear! Go Orange & Black!
