Biology is based upon
the six unifying principals of life. The course covers Evolution,
Homeostasis, Energy Matter and Organization (EMO), Reproduction, Growth
and Development, and Ecological Interdependence. This is a hands on
class which includes video, lecture, and lab components. Student
assessment is based upon formal lab reports, journal checks, biweeklies,
quizzes, tests, and presentations.

This is an upper level elective course that prepares students to attain a private pilots license. Topics include control surfaces, airplane physics, meteorology, navigation, and flight planning. Assessment is based upon class participation, flight logs from the simulator, quizzes and tests. | |

Mr. Arnholt gained degrees in secondary education and biology from Concordia University in Mequon. He and his wife reside in Hartford with their two children, Abby and Sam. |
