Evaluating Resources
Audience: Who is the site maintained or created for?

Consider the audience knowledge base, skill level, and expectations.

Purpose: What agenda is served by the site? Does the site attempt to inform? Persuade? Entertain? Sell?
Content: Is the content/information usable? Is the content accurate? Current? Clear? Does it link to reliable outside resources?
Credibility: Can author/sponsor be considered reliable? What are the credentials and the reputation of the responsible individuals/agencies?
