Brochures generally are the responsibility of a "corporate author." This corporate author is often a organization or a company. Citations look like this:

Corporte Author. (Year). Title of the brochure (edition)      [Brochure].  Specific Author's name.

Example:

National Association for the Advancement of Yoopers. (1993).
     How to talk like a Yooper and still get the job (3rd ed.)
     [Brochure]. Cappoferri, P: Author.
