Every 15 minutes someone in the United States dies in an alcohol related collision. On April 24th and 25th, the Washington County Injury Prevention Coalition, in conjuntion with the Hartford Police Department and Hartford Union High School sponsored "Every 15 Minutes" at Hartford Union High School. This activity featured a simulated accident scene and some hard-hitting lessons about the consequences of drinking and driving.
