HEA Future Teachers Scholarship
(FOR HUHS GRADUATES ONLY!) (Code: A); Criteria:
HUHS graduate who has completed two years of collegiate study and has
been accepted into the College of Education.

Richfield
Association of Parents and Teachers and Richfield Education
Association Scholarship (Code: A & T)
Criteria: Senior
who attended Richfield Elementary School for at least three
consecutive years, including graduation from eighth grade; who is
certified for graduation from high school; and who indicates an
intention to continue his/her education and has met the entrance
requirements of an accredited institution of advanced education.
After
completing the BEST Scholarship Form.doc, print out an extra
copy. Write "Richfield Association of Parents and Teachers and
Richfield Education Association Scholarship - college or technical college" (whichever you are attending) on the top of the application.
Due date: Return the
completed application to Richfield Elementary School by April 2.
Herman Consolidated School – Eleanor Westphal Memorial Scholarship (Code: A)
Criteria: Senior graduate of Herman Consolidated School planning to enter the field of
education.
After completing the BEST Scholarship
form.doc, print out an extra copy. Write “Herman Consolidated School – Eleanor Westphal Memorial Scholarship” on the top of the application.
Return the completed application to the HUHS Counseling Office by
March 5.
Hartford Union High School – Roger Justman Memorial Football Captains Club Scholarship (Code: A)
Criteria: Applicant must have participated in HUHS football for four seasons and
finished in good standing (transfer students are eligible to apply). Also,
applicant must have no serious athletic code violations.
After completing the BEST Scholarship
form.doc, print out an extra copy. Write “HUHS – Roger Justman Memorial Football Captains Club Scholarship” on the top of the application.
Attach three letters of recommendation (one letter should be from someone other than a coach.)
Return the completed application
and three letters of recommendation to Mr. Brunner's mailbox in the
Main Office by March 22.

Gridiron Scholarship (Code: A & T)
for four and two-year colleges
Criteria: Open to any football player who participated all four years, finishing their career in good standing. Must have a cumulative G.P.A. of 7.0 or higher and must have zero athletic code violations.
Amount: $500.00
Due Date: Received in Mr. Coffin’s mailbox in the Main Office by May 9, 2008
