Jana Danay is in her sixth year of teaching, but her second here at Hartford Union. Jana completed her undergraduate studies in Business and Vocational Education at UW-Whitewater in December of 2002. She then went on to get her masters in Instructional Technology from Cardinal Stritch University in December of 2006 while teaching at Westosha Central H.S. in Salem, WI.
This year Jana will be teaching Website Design I and II, Banking and Finance, Focus on Information Technology, Focus on Careers, and is also the advisor for the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) chapter.
Outside of school Jana enjoys Brewers baseball, watching sports, camping, and enjoying time with her husband Jason and her two dogs.

Jon Duhr is in his sixth year of teaching Business and Information Technology at HUHS. He graduated UW-Whitewater with a B.B.A. in Finance and minor in Economics. In August 2005, he completed his Master’s degree in Business Education. This year Jon is teaching Principles of Accounting, College Level Accounting, Automated Financial Accounting, FIT, Focus Concepts, Exploring Business and is currently serving as the department chair
and supervising the Bird House.
Jon enjoys the outdoors and participating in numerous sports. He currently lives in Horicon with his wife, Kris and their two children, Lexi and Bryce.

Carrie Kutz is in her third year of teaching, but her first exciting year here at Hartford Union High School. Carrie completed her undergraduate studies in Business and Management Information Systems at Cardinal Stritch University in May 2002. She then went on for her masters in Classroom Instruction from Concordia University in May of 2004.
This year Carrie will be teaching Focus on Information Technology, and Focus on Careers, Digital Input Technology and A+ Certification.
Carrie previously taught Business Education at Sturgeon Bay High School in 2005. She has recently returned to teaching after taking the past 3 years off to be home raising her children. Carrie lives in Hartford with her husband, Andy and their four children, Madison, Austin, Taylor, and Carter.

Chris Oechsner is in his fourth year of teaching Business Education at Hartford. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a BS in Marketing and Advertising 2002 and also received his Master’s degree in Business and Marketing Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2006.
This year his teaching responsibilities include Business Management, Marketing I, Marketing II, Focus on Information Technology, Focus on Careers, and Focus Concepts and also serves as the HUHS DECA advisor.
Outside of school Chris enjoys playing nearly any sport, snowboarding, playing guitar, and enjoying the outdoors. He currently resides in West Bend with his wife Erin and son Jack.

Janet Peto has taught at Hartford Union High School for 25 years. Her current class assignments include Focus on Information Technology, Software Applications, English For The 21st Century, Business Preparation, Focus on Careers, and Focus Concepts.
Janet has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education and a Master's in Education. She has earned the Microsoft 2000 and XP Office Specialist (MOS) Master certification Microsoft Certifications and most recently she achieved the MOS 2007 Certification in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Janet enjoys music, crafts, and reading as well as spending time with her husband Pete and their three children, Heather, Jason, and Christin.
