The end of the quarter is upon us and that means we will once again be cleaning out the lost and found. Please stop into the attendance office to claim your lost shirts, waterbottles, sweatshirts, shoes, etc...All unclaimed items will be gathered up and donated on April 7th.
BATTLE OF THE BOOKS
The HUHS Staff vs. Student Battle of the Books is launching! The Battle will take place the week of May 15th, and there are only 11 books on the list. You should aim to read at least 3 of the titles. Miracle Minute for MDA and March of Dimes
Every Friday in March FBLA & DECA will be collecting money to be donated to Muscular Dystrophy Association and March of Dimes during your 8th hour. Each class will compete to raise the most money. The winning class will win a pizza party, while second and third place classes will win sweet treats!

Interested in Law Enforcement Career
On behalf of The American Legion, Department of Wisconsin, I am proud to announce our newest program – The Wisconsin American Legion Law Enforcement Career Academy. This program is open to all Wisconsin students between their Junior and Senior years of High School and will provide first-hand experiences and insight into the operations of law enforcement agencies. It will also afford highly motivated young people an opportunity to consider law enforcement as a potential career choice. The program will be held June 19 – June 23, 2017 at Fort McCoy. To say that we are excited about it would be an understatement! Please read the attachment for further details.
PHARMACY PREVIEW DAY AT UW MADISON
PHARMACY PREVIEW DAY at UW- Madison on Saturday, April 8, 2017
This is a day-long event for any high school student interested in learning more about UW-Madison's Doctor of Pharmacy Program. Students and guests will be invited to campus to take part in a engaging discussion with a pharmacist panel, learn about the college admissions and pharmacy school admissions process and have the opportunity to choose from a variety of afternoon breakout sessions including current student panels, a compounding lab demonstration, a patient/pharmacy consultation, a chance to learn about international learning opportunities and much more! The cost to attend is $10/person and registration for this event is required. We look forward to seeing you on April 8th!
