Tim Kerrigan is in his third season as an assistant coach with the Lady Orioles Softball team. He brings fifteen years of coaching experience to the Lady Orioles staff. Kerrigan has coached girls basketball and softball at several levels in the area since 1983. The Hartford Softball program benefits from Kerrigan’s knowledge and assistance in many areas. As a coach, his emphasis is on teaching the fundamentals and knowledge of the game. He impresses on his players to “know what to do and why they are doing it”. This method encourages all players to perform at a comfort level that breeds success as a team.
