| John Redders Defensive Coordinator/Linebackers Coach
John Redders had a great playing career also. He was a 3 year letter winner and three time all city selection as a RB and DB at Madison East High school. In 1985 he was named Madison Newspaper's City player of the year and back of the year. To top it off, John Redders was an all-region and all-state selection in 1985. At Northern Michigan
University, Coach Redders was a 4 year letterman, a three year starter,
and a 2 time all conference selection. He was also named a team
captain as a junior and a senior in 1988 and 1989. He lead the
Wildcats in receiving his senior year with 39 rec. 659 yds, and 4
touchdowns. He still holds the school record for receptions in a
game with 15. He was named team MVP in 1989 as a WR.
