HUHS Counseling


The counseling staff use a variety of activities to help students reach their academic, career, and personal/social potential.  Activities include small group counseling, individual counseling, and classroom guidance.  Counselors also coordinate school programs such as testing, various evening programs, peer tutors, etc.

Mission Statement
The primary goal of the school counseling program is to support and enhance student achievement and accomplishment.  School counselors consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to assist students to be successful academically, vocationally, and personally.


Student Records Information

Under State (Wisconsin Statutes 118.125) and Federal law, student records information (including name and photograph) is public information and may be released to the public by the District without prior consent.

Any parent or guardian who does not wish to have their student’s information released should contact the District immediately and complete a “Withdrawal of Consent for the Release of Pupil Records” form. This form must be completed each year the student is in attendance at HUHS.
