The mission of the Teaching and Learning Department at Hartford Union High School is to increase student achievement as defined in the district's strategic plan.
The Teaching and Learning and Department facilitates the design and implementation of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. In addition, the department supports the district staff development program; the supervision and evaluation system; district, state, and national assessments; and other initiatives related to teaching and learning.
