About HUHS Foodservice

The foodservice department is dedicated to providing healthy well-balanced meals that meet the needs and wants of our students.  It's important to us to prepare high-quality meals that are nutritious  yet student-approved.  The 17 staff members not only prepare food for the high school, but for both Richfield and Friess Lake schools as well; serving a grand total of approximately 1,741 lunches daily.  Added to lunch the staff prepares and serves an additional 184 breakfasts at the high school each morning out of the Corner Cafe.  The department also provides a variety of catering options to local community and school groups, and is incharge of all the high schools vending machines; keeping them stocked with fresh, ready-to-eat, affordable snacks.
