Carol Walter is the Administrative Assistant to Dr. Michael Kremer, District Administrator. Mrs. Walter is also the
administrative assistant to the Board of Education
and works closely with Dr. Kremer on the B.E.S.T. Scholarship Trust. Mrs. Walter has been
an employee of Hartford Union High School since 1990. |

Mrs. Brenda Koeppel is the Administrative Assistant to Ms. Mary Koehl, Director of Teaching & Learning. She assist Ms. Koehl with a multitude of duties including curriculum and instruction, assessments, professional development and project reporting. She also is the Administrative Assistant for the Hartford Area School Consortium by providing support for the curriculum development and assessment for the K-8 schools. She has been with the district since 1995; previously she worked as a Student Supervisor and in the Attendance Office. Mrs. Koeppel is also in charge of Open Enrollment for the district. She is a co-chairperson for Graduation and enjoys selling tickets at sporting events & concerts.

Mrs.
Pat Rusniak came
to HUHS in 1986 as an Emergency Medical Technician working with student
health care. Pat is currently an administrative secretary to Associate
Principal Joe Frinzi. Mrs. Rusniak assists Mr. Frinzi with his
responsibilities such as the collection of information for the Wisconsin
State Report Card, creating the Master Schedule board, and working with
the new Professional Staff Induction. Mrs. Rusniak is a former graduate of Hartford
Union High School. |

Sandy Husslein is the Attendance Secretary to
Associate Principal Paul Cappoferri. She supports him in his
responsibilities within departments, school events, committees and
student management. He is responsible for any issues involving students
whose last names fall in the first third of the alphabet (A-Har). This
office is also responsible for annual publication of the "Parent
& Student Handbook" and the student parking lot. Mrs. Husslein
has been a secretary within the District since 1985. |

Mrs. Kathy Vogelsang is the Attendance Secretary to Associate Principal Doran Timmer. She supports him in his responsibilities within departments, school events, committees and student management. He is responsible for any issues involving students whose last names fall in the second third of the alphabet (Has-Per). She is also responsible for the daily attendance of all students. She has been with the district since 1994, working previously as a Student Supervisor and in the AV Department. Mrs. Vogelsang is also co-chairperson of Graduation. She also sells tickets to many school sporting events. |

Mrs. Cathy Feutz is the Attendance Secretary to Associate Principal/Director of Community Relations. She supports him in his responsibilities within departments, school events, committees and student management. He is responsible for any issues involving students whose last names fall in the last third of the alphabet (Pes-Z). |

Mrs. Kimberly Thomas is the HUHS Health Technician since October, 2002. She is also a nationally registered and state licensed emergency medical technician for HUHS as well as the Ashippun and Hustisford Fire and Rescue. Feel free to contact her with any medical questions or concerns.

Mrs. Gail Lau is the Administrative Secretary toMr. Ron Schlitt, Co-Curricular Director. Mrs. Lau assists Mr. Schlitt with the schedules for all co-curriculars, sporting events, officials, ordering buses, school calendar and field trips. Physical cards for WIAA sports are kept on file in the Co-Curricular Office and academic eligibility is checked for all students participating in co- curriculars. Mrs. Lau has been employed at HUHS since 1990. |

Mrs. Linda Klink is the Main Office Receptionist. She handles all of the incoming calls to the school and assists any students, parents or public that come into the office. Mrs. Klink prepares all outgoing mail and sorts all incoming mail. She is in charge of publishing daily announcements to the HUHS homepage and other duties as assigned. Mrs. Klink started working at HUHS in the Special Education Department in 2004. |
