Joseph
C. Frinzi, Principal
Mr. Frinzi now serves the district as Principal starting with the 2007-2008 school year. He had served as an Associate Principal at Hartford since 1990.
He earned both his BS and MS degrees from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to coming to HUHS, Mr. Frinzi taught and
coached at both the Middle School and High School level. He was also a
K-8 Principal for three years. Mr. Frinzi is especially proud of the
manner in which we continue to integrate computer technology into our
curriculum. |

Teaching, Learning and Technology

Daniel
J. Dobner, Associate Principal and Director of Community Relations
Mr. Dobner joined the Administration Team in 2002 to serve as
the Director of Community Relations, and now also serves as an Associate
Principal. He earned his BS in Business
Education from UW-Whitewater and his MS in Educational Leadership from
Cardinal Stritch University. Mr. Dobner comes to us from Waunakee
where he was a teacher and football coach. He also has taught in
Peoria, Il.
Mr. Dobner will be responsible for students

Paul
M. Cappoferri, Associate Principal
Mr. Cappoferri has been an Associate Principal at Hartford since 1989.
He earned his BA and MA at Northern Michigan University. Mr. Cappoferri
taught at the elementary and middle school level as well as high school
since 1975, with eleven of those years as a physical education teacher
and head football and head wrestling coach. Principal for students (A -

| Teresa A. Redmond, Supervisor of Pupil Services/Special Ed

Mr. Timmer joined the Administrative Team
in 2002 as a part-time Associate Principal. He will be a
full-time Associate Principal starting with the 2004-2005 school year. Mr. Timmer
received his BS degree from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
He received his MA degree in Administrative Leadership in 2000 from
Marian College. Mr. Timmer came to Hartford in January, 1972 as
a Biology and Freshman Science Intern and taught Biology through
2003-2004 school year. He has also coached
basketball, football and track at Hartford. Mr. Timmer is responsible for
students (Has-Per). |

Ron
Schlitt, Director of Co-Curriculars
Mr. Schlitt graduated from HUHS in 1969. He received a BS
degree from UW River Falls in 1973. From 1973 to 1985 he taught
U.S. History at St. Mary's School in Elm Grove. In 1979 Mr.
Schlitt received a MS degree in Administration from UW Milwaukee.
He came to Hartford in 1985. Mr. Schlitt has taught World Studies,
World History, Global Communications, Economics and Advanced Placement
Macros and Micro-Economics at Hartford. He also served as the Social
Studies Department Chair for five years. Mr. Schlitt became the
Co-Curricular Director at Hartford Union High School in the fall of
2000. He believes that involvement in Co-Curricular activities is
a very valuable component of a student's life. He hopes to
continue to improve on the goals started by John Grandine over the past
decade. Mr. Schlitt is married and has two sons. His wife
Jean and sons' Brian and Jeremy are also graduates of HUHS. |

Jerry Dudzik, Director of Business Services
Mr. Dudzik joined the HUHS
administrative staff in January of 2006. He oversees the financial
affairs of both the Hartford Union High School District and the School
District of Hartford Joint #1. Mr. Dudzik works at HUHS on Tuesdays and
Thursdays. Areas of management include: Budget planning/analysis, fiscal
reporting, risk management, transportation and food service. Mr. Dudzik
received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science
degrees from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. He has been a State
licensed school business administrator since 1990. Jerry is
professionally active on both a regional and statewide basis. He recently
served as the President for the Southeastern Wisconsin Area School
Business Officials group which includes business administrators in the
Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Sheboygan and
Waukesha counties. Mr. Dudzik also plays an active role with the
Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials serving on the
Technology Committee. |
